Insect Art with artist Jessica Maffia

Bugs aren’t pests!  Our planet needs them to thrive!  Join artist Jessica Maffia to learn about the power of insects; and how they help the earth and the cycle of life; nourishing birds who help pollinate plants, which feed other animals and humans!
Wear clothes you can create and get dirty in.  Art Materials will be provided.  Best for kids aged 6-10.  Space is limited so please RSVP for Insect Art by e-mailing:  info@FortTryonParkTrust.org with Insect Art in the e-mail and the number of children you will be accompanying.   *Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent for the duration of the natural history workshop*.  Check in at the front desk at J.
