Join artist Jessica Maffia to develop masterpieces inspired by the flowers of the 3-acre Heather Garden in Fort Tryon Park!  Learn about the critical importance of native plants to our ecosystems and then make your own creation with this introduction to embroidery workshop.  Best for ages 12 and up and their caregivers.   Inside at the J. Hood Wright Recreation Center, 351 Fort Washington Avenue at W. 174th Street.
