Fort Tryon Kids: Nature Art Workshop – Insect Pollinator Painted Stones

Bring your children or grandchildren to this online workshop series! All workshops are for children ages 5-8 and are led by naturalist and author Leslie Day, and artist and teacher Jessica Maffia.

Learn about the beautiful butterflies, bees, and beetles of Fort Tryon Park and how they help our flowering plants! Then make a painting on a stone of a favorite creature you learned about, to help you remember the important part they play in our environment.
