The Fort Tryon Park Trust is thrilled to announce that we have received a generous $50,000 grant from Con Edison to support major repairs and improvements to Billings Lawn. This vital restoration project will address much-needed drainage issues and lawn rehabilitation, ensuring that this beloved green space remains vibrant and accessible for years to come.

Work on Billings Lawn is expected to take up to six months to complete. During this time, we encourage visitors to enjoy the park’s other beautiful open spaces, including Abby’s Lawn and the Cloisters Lawn overlooking the Hudson River, as well as Café Lawn and Dongan Lawn.

Please stay connected with us through our website and social media channels for project updates and reopening announcements. We are deeply grateful to Con Edison for their continued support of Fort Tryon Park and the community we serve!
