NEWS: Cabrini Woods Nature Sanctuary to Reopen Thanks to Anonymous Donation

Exciting news for nature lovers! Cabrini Woods Nature Sanctuary, a beloved birdwatching and wildlife refuge in Upper Manhattan, is set to reopen thanks to a generous $10,000 donation from an anonymous benefactor.

The donation will fund a brand-new entrance on Cabrini Boulevard, crucial structural improvements to the trail, and other enhancements to ensure a safer and more accessible experience for visitors. The sanctuary, part of Fort Tryon Park, provides a vital green space for native plants, birds, and other wildlife in the heart of the city.
