SUMMARY:Fort Tryon Kids Art: Geological Abstract Painting
DESCRIPTION:Join artist Patrick Perry to create abstract paintings based on geological formations found in Fort Tryon Park!  Participants will use oil pastels\, acrylic\, and watercolor paint to create their own geological abstractions on rag paper inspired by the rocks\, cliffs\, and landscapes of the Fort Tryon Park. \nThis free art workshop is for children ages 5 to 12. \nSpace is limited and RSVP is required. Click here to register with Eventbrite! Registration opens April 8. \nThis program is made possible by the generous support of Con Edison and the Fort Tryon Park Trust.
