Given last night’s storm damage and its after-effects of hanging limbs\, the National Weather Service’s Heat Advisory through 8:00 p.m.\, and the chance of severe thunderstorms\, tonight’s events will need to be rescheduled. Our priority is keeping our park community safe. Fort Tryon Park’s roads will remain open to vehicular traffic to allow for emergency access given felled trees and storm predictions.
