Arrive early\, and bring a towel or yoga mat and water. Capacity is limited and attendance is on a “first-come\, first-served” basis. Every attendee must sign a NYC Parks/Fort Tryon Park Trust waiver on-site at each session. You may pre-sign the waiver on eventbrite. Registration opens in late April. \nAbby’s Lawn is slightly sloped and there are some uneven spots. Rain or wet ground cancels.
